Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning

One of the greatest sources of pride across the Concho Valley is our strong sense of community and our commitment to supporting one another. As local resources face growing demands, the need for safe, reliable, and efficient transportation has become increasingly vital for our entire region.

Carrying forward our West Texas tradition of neighbors helping neighbors, the Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning Committee is dedicated to identifying and resolving regional transportation challenges to ensure everyone stays connected.

The committee brings together local citizens, community leaders, and regional representatives to address transportation needs across the Concho Valley. By collaborating on existing issues and planning future transit projects, the committee works to improve mobility for every resident in our region.

We welcome new members year-round. Membership is not limited to San Angelo residents; we strongly encourage individuals from all surrounding counties in the Concho Valley that we serve to join and share their perspectives. Diverse voices are essential to identifying concerns, communicating solutions, and building better transit programs.

We meet every quarter to discuss regional transit needs and project planning.

• Remote Access: Virtual and dial-in options are available for those unable to attend in person.
