CVTD has partnered with several local agencies and organizations to provide transportation to their clients and consumers. A list of these partners is found below. For more information regarding these programs, please contact the Agency or Organization directly.
Transportation for Volunteers to area schools, Head Start Centers or Boys and Girls Clubs. Must be qualified by Foster Grandparent/Senior Companion. Contact 325-944-9666 ext.225 to find out more.
Transportation to persons over 60. Work with Area Agency on Aging to provide trips within the service area to those who are 60 years of age and over. Contact 325-223-5704 Toll Free: 1-877-944-9666
This service is temporary in nature as it is based off of grant receipt and is therefore not always available. Free curb-to-curb transportation for those who are eligible through disability or age. Limited number of trips available. Seniors for this program are considered 65 years of age and older. Call 325-947-8729 to see about eligibility. Information available upon request.
Transportation for medical trips for those who are approved for Medicaid transportation. To find out more about your eligibility, call Health and Human Services at 1-877-MED-TRIP (1-877-633-8747). All trips for this nature must be scheduled through Medicaid. Medicaid will then relay your trip information to CVT for pick up.
